Anacostia AMP Outreach Empowerment Center

Anacostia AMP Outreach Empowerment Center is a collaborative community-based organization designed to promote H.O.P.E. to economically disadvantaged families in the Anacostia communities of Wards 7 & 8 in Washington, DC.

Feature Program

Holiday Toy & Coat Drive

It’s that time again to bring holiday joy. Our Holiday Coat & Toy Drive has provided warm coats and gifts to more than 2,000 children across D.C. We’ve proudly watched the event grow each year, reaching as many as 150 families in a single season.

Join us this year on December 20 from 12 – 4 PM at Anacostia Library, Ward 8, DC to bring holiday cheer to at least 250 children by providing each child with a new coat, toys and food boxes.
